Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@padelstar.lv or use our "Cancel or return an order" link in the footer. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.
You can exercise this right at any time during the withdrawal period by using our "Cancel or return an order" function, available in the footer and on your order status page, or by contacting us at info@padelstar.lv. You may also use the standard EU model withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page. When you submit a withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Outbound (delivery) shipping: If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, the extra amount is not refundable.
Return (inbound) shipping: The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
Refund timing: We will reimburse you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made to your original payment method, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at info@padelstar.lv or using our "Cancel or return an order" link in the footer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@padelstar.lv.
